I had my first appointment at RCL today, and it was all completely positive. They exceeded my expectations. My appointment was for an oil change and to check for an exhaust leak. The greeting at the door was friendly and professional. The waiting room was small but comfortable. The mechanic who found and repaired the exhaust leak explained exactly what he thought should be done in terms I could understand. He also pointed out a serious problem with a tire I had bought three months earlier at Canadian Tire (CT). I found the price for the work RCL did was very reasonable, and they gave me the information I needed to deal with CT on the defective tire CT had sold me. I'm new in the area, and today's experience makes me confident I have found a repair shop I can trust.
